Vanilla CO₂ Extract
Not a vanillin solution — the whole aromatic complex. The rounded, faintly smoky depth that only comes from the intact bean, with no ethanol carry-over. That makes it usable in alcohol-free, clean-label and infant-adjacent formats where a conventional vanilla extract cannot go.

Appearance, refractive index, specific gravity, moisture by Karl Fischer and extraction yield are checked on every single batch.
Actives go through HPLC. Heavy metals through ICP-MS against EU and USFDA limits. Pesticide residues by multi-residue GC-MS against EU MRLs. Residual CO₂ is confirmed below the 0.1% food-safe threshold by headspace GC.
