Product portfolio

Essential oils, oleoresins and standardised extracts.

Every product below is extracted with 100% food-grade CO₂ — no hexane, no ethanol, no co-solvent. Fractions are set at extraction, not blended afterwards, so what you approve at sample stage is what arrives. Supply runs from trial quantities up to two tonnes a month.

The crops we run in campaign

These are our scheduled production crops. Specifications below are typical; final spec is agreed against your requirement before we run.

Ginger CO₂ Extract

Zingiber officinale · dried sonth

Our anchor crop and the one we know best. Full pungency from the gingerols, plus the fresh, bright top note that steam distillation drives off. Available as oleoresin, essential oil fraction or full-spectrum extract.

Whole green cardamom pods on a cream background

Formats & packing

How it ships

Extracts are packed under nitrogen to protect the volatile fraction, in food-grade aluminium-lined bags or HDPE drums depending on quantity and viscosity. Every consignment travels with its Certificate of Analysis.

For bulk drums we operate a take-back policy — return the drums and we reuse them, which cuts packaging waste on both sides.

We can supply from a trial lot right through to two tonnes a month of finished extract, on the same process and the same specification. Nothing changes between your approval sample and your commercial supply except the campaign length.

  • Trial quantities for formulation and sensory evaluation
  • Pilot lots for line trials and stability studies
  • Commercial bulk up to 2 MT per month, scheduled against campaign
  • Export packing and documentation for EU, US, Japan and GCC

Contract extraction

Bring us your botanical

If you have a plant material you want extracted under CO₂ — your own crop, a proprietary blend, or something nobody has run commercially — we'll take a look.

We'll assess it at lab scale, work out whether CO₂ is genuinely the right route, and tell you if it isn't. Where it works, we can run a toll campaign under your specification with the output belonging to you.

Typical contract enquiries we handle

  • Ayurvedic and traditional botanicals with no established CO₂ route
  • Proprietary crops from captive or contract farming
  • Reformulation away from hexane or ethanol extraction
  • Fraction development — separating an aroma cut from a resin
  • Trial campaigns ahead of a customer's own capital decision

Which one do you want to see first?

Name the botanical and the spec you're working to. We'll send a sample with its full analysis so your team can evaluate it properly.
