Oleoresin

Rosemary Extract

A natural antioxidant, for clean-label shelf life. Rosemary extract is the most widely used natural alternative to synthetic antioxidants in fats and oils. Carnosic acid content is what determines performance, and CO₂ extraction produces a cleaner, lower-odour extract than solvent routes.
