Oleoresin & essential oil

Ginger CO₂ Extract

Our anchor crop, and the one we know best. Full pungency from the gingerols, plus the bright, fresh top note that steam distillation drives off. Available as an oleoresin, an essential oil fraction, or a full-spectrum extract, depending on whether you need the pungency, the aroma, or both.
