Warm, sweet and antimicrobial. Both true cinnamon and cassia are available depending on the cinnamaldehyde level and cost point you are working to. The CO₂ route avoids the scorched note that heat can bring to bark extracts.

Appearance, refractive index, specific gravity, moisture by Karl Fischer and extraction yield are checked on every single batch.
Actives go through HPLC. Heavy metals through ICP-MS against EU and USFDA limits. Pesticide residues by multi-residue GC-MS against EU MRLs. Residual CO₂ is confirmed below the 0.1% food-safe threshold by headspace GC.
