Oleoresin
Black Pepper Oleoresin
Piperine and the volatile oil, in one extract. Pepper is two things at once — the pungency of piperine and the aroma of the volatile fraction. Standard processing tends to favour one. CO₂ lets us set where the balance sits, and piperine is also specified as a bioavailability enhancer in supplement formulations.
