Marigold CO₂ Extract at a glance
Most marigold processed in India goes to lutein for the feed and nutraceutical trade, which is a different product on a different route. What we run is the aroma fraction: tagetone and ocimene over a light citrus-green base.
It is a high-impact material, which in practice means it is used at fractions of a percent. Overdosed it flattens a composition; correctly placed it does something no synthetic quite manages in green and fruity accords.
Both species run. Tagetes minuta gives the sharper, more herbaceous profile; Tagetes erecta the rounder one. Tell us which you're matching to.
Note for regulated markets: tagetes carries IFRA restrictions in leave-on applications. We can supply the compositional data your regulatory team needs to work to it.

Appearance, refractive index, specific gravity, moisture by Karl Fischer and extraction yield are checked on every single batch.
Actives go through HPLC. Heavy metals through ICP-MS against EU and USFDA limits. Pesticide residues by multi-residue GC-MS against EU MRLs. Residual CO₂ is confirmed below the 0.1% food-safe threshold by headspace GC.
